dd22 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "dd22", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the dd22 platform, an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

These Terms are available in English only. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English version shall prevail. dd22 operates from a jurisdiction outside Pakistan; Pakistani players access dd22 at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.

To be eligible to register and use the dd22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of dd22:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using dd22 or any other online gaming platform operated by dd22's parent group;
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of dd22 or any of its group companies or software providers;

dd22 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be void and forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one dd22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. dd22 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations, and any account found to be a duplicate will be permanently closed with all associated balances forfeited.

Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information updated at all times. dd22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dd22 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dd22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your dd22 account, you must notify dd22 support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

Any activity conducted through your dd22 account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and dd22 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

dd22 is required by its international gaming license to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before dd22 will process any withdrawal request from your account.

As part of the dd22 KYC process, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC), front and back;

Deposits

dd22 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the dd22 Cashier section. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

dd22 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside dd22's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dd22 real money balance may be requested via the Cashier section of your account. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your dd22 account details. dd22 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

dd22 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and your bank or wallet provider's processing schedules. dd22 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.

Currency

All dd22 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion to and from PKR is applied at the exchange rate displayed in the dd22 Cashier at the time of the transaction.

dd22 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All dd22 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. These specific terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions and prevail in the event of any conflict.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your dd22 Bonus Balance are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus Balance becomes available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates are specified in the individual bonus terms. dd22 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

Bonus Abuse

dd22 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional reward where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Bonus abuse determinations are made at dd22's sole discretion. Accounts found to have engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be closed permanently.

All casino games and sports betting markets available on dd22 are subject to specific game rules and betting rules, which are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. These rules form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on dd22, including PSL cricket betting markets, international cricket, UFC, football, and other sports, are subject to dd22's Sportsbook Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. dd22 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system errors or data feed failures. In-play betting markets are settled based on verified official results from the relevant governing body of each sport.

Casino Games

All slot games, live casino table games, and instant win games on dd22 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Technical Malfunctions

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with dd22's sports betting or casino products;
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to dd22 immediately upon discovery;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or attempting to use dd22 for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in any systematic bonus abuse, bonus whoring, or matched betting strategy intended to extract value from dd22 promotions without genuine play intention;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by dd22;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening dd22 customer support staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dd22 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any dd22 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the dd22 Platform;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on dd22 content;
• Use dd22's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from dd22.

Any unauthorised use of dd22's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of dd22's rights and may give rise to legal action. dd22 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd22's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the dd22 Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by the Player to their dd22 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dd22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or loss of access to your dd22 account due to circumstances outside dd22's reasonable control;
• Interruption or unavailability of the dd22 Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by regulatory or licensing authorities affecting dd22's ability to provide services;
• Any third-party service failures, including failures of JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or any other payment service provider used in connection with dd22 transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits dd22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

dd22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at dd22.vu/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of your agreement with dd22.

By registering a dd22 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

dd22 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties solely where required by dd22's regulatory obligations, KYC service providers, or payment processing partners, all of whom are subject to confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements.

dd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dd22 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the dd22 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Complaints Procedure

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
